专利说明:
System equipped with at least one mobile payment terminal DESCRIPTION The invention relates to a system for remotely transferring collection data when concluding at least a contract comprising periodic payment obligations, which system is provided with at least one mobile payment terminal with which payment transactions secured with a payment card via a mobile telecommunications network such as can be performed with a personal identification number, whereby the payment terminal can be used to generate a physical proof of payment for such a payment transaction. For buying remotely, such as on the internet for products or services with a subscription or contract with periodic payment obligations, it is known to conclude contracts at the front door of a customer, after which the purchased product and / or service can be delivered. The data of a contractor such as the account number is checked at the door via a payment transaction of for example 1 cent secured with a personal identification number (usually four-digit code) to verify that the account number actually belongs to the contractor. It . physical proof of payment from the payment terminal is then physically transferred by courier together with any associated documents to the contract provider. The disadvantage of this method of selling contracts is that it is relatively time-consuming and takes a relatively long time before the contract provider has the payment details. In addition, a check of the data by the contract provider itself can only take place a few days later and the contract provider must rely on the correct functioning of the intermediary, usually a courier, who has been at the door. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a system with which personal data from a contractor can be delivered to a contract provider remotely in a relatively short period of time. This object is achieved in the system according to the invention in that the system is further provided with a device for producing electronic images, with the aid of which device at least an electronic image of the physical payment receipt can be produced, as well as with a device device connected communication unit provided with an encryption module for directly encrypting data from the electronic image of the physical payment receipt by means of a crypto-graphic algorithm for transmission via a mobile telecommunications network to a remote further communication unit. In this way, the collection data in an electronically encrypted file can be securely transmitted at the customer's door via a mobile telecommunications network to a further communication unit, for example from the contract provider or from an intermediary designated by the contract provider. Normally, in addition to the bank details already verified, the contract provider also needs a name, address, date of birth and a citizen service number for the contract, which data is largely stated on proof of identity such as a passport and / or driver's license. Preferably, this data, i.e. in addition to the physical proof of payment, also a copy of the proof of identity as well as possibly the contract itself, is recorded in a single electronic image to be sent remotely via a telecommunications network. These data represent the identity of the contractor in today's world and are therefore particularly valuable, since fraudsters can use this data to open a bank account, arrange services with the government or even request a credit card. To protect this fraud-sensitive data as well as possible, use is made of a crypto-graphic algorithm such as, for example, the Rijndael crypto-graphic algorithm. With the help of such a crypto-graphic algorithm, the personal details of a contractor are protected against fraud. After an electronic image of the data has been produced and encrypted, the data is sent to the communication unit immediately after approval by the contractor, for example by putting an electronic signature. Within a few seconds of putting the signature, the data may then be available to the contract provider, who has the key to decrypt the secure data and make it readable to activate the contract. With the system according to the present invention, fraud can be virtually excluded, while the data required for concluding and activating a contract can be transmitted super-fast between a contractor and a contract provider, while geographically separated thousands of kilometers from each other. Instead of secure payment transactions with a personal identification number, other payment transactions protected by means of biometric techniques can of course also be carried out or any other future secure payment transactions in which the identity of the contractor can be established and guaranteed. An embodiment of the system is characterized in that the communication unit is a handheld computer which is provided with a screen on which the encrypted image can be displayed and checked before transmission. With the aid of such a handheld, the person who visits the contractor on behalf of the contract provider, usually a courier, can check whether the image has succeeded, that is to say readable, so that the data can be taken over remotely and possibly be verifiable. After verification, the encrypted image will be sent to the further or second remote communication unit. The handheld computer has a control system on which a special driver is installed, with which the data from the device for producing electronic images is directly encrypted using the crypto-graphic algorithm. This means that only a secure file with the personal data is present on the handheld computer, which prevents fraud with the data on the handheld computer. Another embodiment of the system is characterized in that the encrypted image is removed from the communication unit after successful transmission. In this way it is ensured that no fraud-sensitive data remains on the communication unit after everything has been sent. It is preferred that this is only removed after a message is received that the data has been received correctly. This message can be automatically generated by, for example, performing a byte check of the transmitted file between the first communication unit with which the file was sent and the last communication unit present at a location where the file is further processed. If there is a difference in terms of byte size, this means that the data has not been transferred correctly, taking into account a permitted tolerance. It is of course also possible to manually inspect the file received on the last communication unit. It is possible that the contract provider has outsourced the checking of the files to the back office of the courier company. With such a construction, the system makes it possible to provide the courier with new address data from a subsequent customer only after all data from the last customer has been received properly. Another embodiment of the system is characterized in that the device for producing electronic images is a scanner. A scanner has the advantage that virtually no incorrect images can be taken by a user of the personal data. Particularly when using a flatbed scanner, unclear images are practically excluded. Furthermore, it is advantageous for all data to be conveniently arranged in a relatively small file. The invention will be further elucidated on the basis of an exemplary embodiment shown in the following drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of the system according to the present invention, Figure 2 shows a view of an exemplary embodiment of the case in a first opened state. Figure 3 shows a view of an exemplary embodiment of the case in a second opened condition. In the figures, corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals. The system 1 according to the present invention for remotely transferring collection data when concluding at least one contractual payment obligations (not shown), is shown in figure 1, and preferably comprises a suitcase 3, which suitcase 3 in Figures 2 and 3 are shown in two different opened states. The case 3 is provided with at least one mobile payment terminal 5 that can be removed from a holder 2, a battery (not shown), a charging device (not shown) for charging the battery, optionally a converter, at least one removable from a holder 14 communication unit 7, as well as at least one device 9 for producing electronic images such as a flatbed scanner. The flatbed scanner 9 is physically coupled to the communication unit 7 for securing the not yet secured data from the scanner with wires. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the communication unit is a handheld computer 7. The procedure for concluding remote contracts for a service and / or a product between different parties for which amounts of money for the service and / or the product are periodically automatically debited is as follows: In the first step, the contractor's bank account is checked by executing a transaction with a personal identification number (PIN) using the mobile payment terminal 5. This check establishes that the bank account number actually belongs to the contractor and that the amounts of money from that bank account number can be collected. During this check a connection is established between the mobile payment terminal 5 and a bank 4 via a wireless communication network 6, which connection is represented by the fictitious connection lines 8 and 10. If the PIN transaction is successful, the receipt 11 of the successful transaction, possibly the bank card 13, the signed contract, possibly an extract from the Chamber of Commerce (business) and an identity document 15 are placed on the glass plate 17 and these are scanned with the aid of the scanner 9. Normally the signed contract (not shown) over the pieces shown in Figure 3 is placed on the glass plate 17. The data from the scan is then sent from the scanner 9 to the hand-held computer 7 on which the data is encrypted directly with the aid of a crypto-graphic algorithm using a driver. Therefore, only a secure document is present on the handheld computer 7. An image of the scan can be displayed on a screen 21 of the handheld computer 7 so that the person, usually a courier, can check the scan. Finally, the secure data is sent from the handheld computer 7 via the same mobile telecommunications network 6 to a remote further communication unit 12, which is represented by the fictitious connection lines 14 and 16. The further communication unit 12 may belong to the contract provider or to a back office of the courier service designated by the contract provider. It is possible to integrate the handheld computer 7 in the scanner 9.
